Kevin’s passion in health care is for quality and communication. He is committed to ensuring that every interaction we have with patients, families and our communities conveys the high-quality experience that is required of us. He is guided by the idea that there are very few limits to what we can do if we let God help us.
Kevin has worked in Adventist Health facilities for many years, as well as for-profit and not-for-profit systems in Hawaii, Idaho, Utah and Sacramento. He received his nursing degree from Pacific Union College and holds a master’s degree in Public/Health Services Administration from the University of San Francisco.
Warren Tetz Sr. Vice President and COO
Warren sees his role at Glendale Adventist Medical Center as a supporting one, helping to remove barriers so that hospital staff can care for patients and their families more efficiently. Additionally, he works directly with various departments as well as the hospital's multi-million dollar construction project.
Warren earned a degree in management from Loma Linda University and has worked in Adventist Health for more than 30 years. He started his career at White Memorial Medical Center in east LA, then moved to the Adventist Health Corporate office in Roseville, Adventist Health Sunbelt and Simi Valley Hospital before joining the executive team of Glendale Adventist in 1999.
Kelly Turner Sr. Vice President and CFO
Kelly's priority is to ensure the long-term financial health of Glendale Adventist Medical Center so that the hospital's mission can continue to grow, providing more life-saving and life-enhancing services to the residents of Glendale and the surrounding communities. He is especially passionate about the patient experience and reviews financial systems and policies to enhance the clarity and quality of interactions with patients concerning their financial obligations.
Kelly earned his MBA from La Sierra University. He has been with Glendale Adventist since 1999.
Dennis deLeon Vice President Medical Affairs
Building bridges of communication and collaboration between GAMC and physicians and helping doctors to be successful as they interact with the hospital is an important part of Dennis's role at Glendale Adventist Medical Center. He strongly believes that physicians and hospitals must work together in ways both new and old, in order to meet the daunting challenges of our 21st century healthcare landscape. Accordingly, Dennis is involved in the design and deployment of health information technology, better medical cost management of both physician and hospital costs and joint efforts to improve clinical practice, patient safety and the quality of hospital and outpatient care.
Dr. Dennis deLeon earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis, completed his residency at Loma Linda University and a fellowship in clinical medical ethics at the University of Chicago.

Rob Marchuk Vice President Ancillary Services
In his role, Rob oversees a variety of different departments and services, each with the overarching goal of supporting Glendale Adventist's mission to provide healing and wellness for the whole person. Rob strives for collaboration and communication between these supporting services, providing a more efficient, seamless experience for patients and their families.
Rob is a native of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. He attended Canadian University College, Walla Walla College and Loma Linda University, where he earned his master's degree in healthcare administration.
Kim Milstien Vice President Business Development
In her role at Glendale Adventist, Kim is responsible for business growth, strategic planning, physician development, and expanding the hospital's outreach into the community. She believes that providing the community with access to quality health care is mission critical, and focuses on cultivating relationships that will ensure the community has access to the quality health care it demands and deserves, helping the broader community be the healthiest it can be.
Kim received her undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario and a MBA from La Sierra University.
Sharon Correa Associate Vice President
In her role at Glendale Adventist, Sharon has responsibility for Information Technology solutions and services which includes Information Technology, Clinical Engineering and Telecommunications.
Sharon began her career in Adventist Health at Simi Valley Adventist and eventually worked with nearly all facilities implementing technology solutions and applications. Sharon has over 20 years of experience in Adventist Health within IT and has been with Glendale Adventist since 2001.
Sharon strives to ensure that our business is supported through the effective deployment of technology solutions. Sharon also leads Lean Six Sigma process improvement for Glendale. Sharon has a BS degree in Information Technology from University of Phoenix and is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
